中北工業(yè)園位是天津市級(jí)開發(fā)區(qū)，隸屬于西青區(qū)中北鎮(zhèn),于2002年上半年陸續(xù)開發(fā)建設(shè)。園區(qū)位于外環(huán)線西側(cè)、津同公路南側(cè)、津靜公路兩側(cè)，規(guī)劃京滬高速鐵路、地鐵2號(hào)線從園區(qū)穿過，京滬、津保、津晉高速緊鄰園區(qū)，區(qū)位優(yōu)越，交通便捷。園區(qū)總規(guī)劃面積14平方公里，近8平方公里配套基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施實(shí)現(xiàn)了“七通一平”，建成及在建廠房100余萬(wàn)平方米，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房出租率90%以上。
Zhongbei Industrial Park is a municipal development zone and it belongs to Zhongbei town of Xiqing District and it has been successively developing and building since the first half of 2002. the park area lies in the west of the outer ring, the south of Jin-Tong public road and two side of Jinjing public road; Jing-Hu high-speed railway and Metro Line 2 are planned to be through the park area; Jing-hu, Jin-Bao and Jin-Jin freeway are near the park area, so it is location is superior and it has a convenient traffic. The total planning area of the park area is 14 square kilometers and almost 8 square kilometers assorted infrastructure achieves “seven accesses and site leveling”; the factory building built or are being built is about more than 100 square meters and the rent rate of the standardized factory building is more than 90%.
園區(qū)內(nèi)汽車及汽車零部件、電子信息、機(jī)械制造、新能源新材料四大主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度達(dá)85%以上。產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚使園區(qū)成為天津市規(guī)劃的汽車生產(chǎn)基地之一，豐田汽車一工廠、一汽夏利、一汽華利、天汽美亞四個(gè)汽車主機(jī)廠均坐落園區(qū)內(nèi)；西青區(qū)規(guī)劃的汽車零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)、機(jī)械制造產(chǎn)業(yè)密集區(qū)，已成功吸引了600余家中外企業(yè)落戶發(fā)展，其中外資企業(yè)120余家。
The gathering degrees of four leading industries in the park, i.e. car and spare parts of car, electronic information, machine manufacture and new energy and material, reach more than 85%. Aggregation of industry makes the park area become one of the production bases of car planned by Tianjin; the mainframe factories of four types of cars locate here, that is, the first factory of Toyota, FAW Xiali, FAW Huali and Meiya of Tianji Car; compact district of spare parts industry of car and industry of machine manufacture planned by Xiqing district have successfully attract more than 600 Chinese and foreign companies to settle and develop here, among which there are more than 120 Chinese and foreign companies.
